Green Sand Plant
To make our self-more competent at quality and supply level, we are enhancing our manufacturing facilities by installing new DISA-Match foundry plant who are the world-renowned foundry manufacturing company, which ensure to produce world class quality castings with Hi-tech technology under our flagship company Masta Casting.
Disa sand plant with Sand Multi-Controller (SMC) which regulates and monitors the process in a sand mixer to ensure the characteristics of the prepared moulding sand remain within the constant range and thus improve the mould quality and give the better surface finish of the castings.
Resin Sand Plant
At MASTA foundry Unit 2 located at Bapunagar, an automatic Resin Sand Reclamation Plant having no bake resin sand, is installed. Fully automatic sand plant gives uniform moulding sand resulting best finish without sand inclusion in the casting. It has capacity to cast 50 kg to 1000 kg products. This unit is equipped with two induction furnaces of capacity, 500 kg and 1000kg to deliver material type graded Cast Iron, Alloy Steel, Cast Steel, and Ductile Iron.
