MASTA SNA Series Horizontally Split Plummer Blocks are designed for moderate loads and speeds, making them ideal for clean and temperate operating environments. The bearing seat in the SNA Series Plummer Blocks is designed to provide adequate axial freedom for the bearing.
A locating bearing can be achieved by fitting one or two locating rings, depending on the required axial positioning. From a foundry point of view, its construction is streamlined to produce high precision defect-free castings with optimized wall thickness.
Inside SNA Housing a grease sump is provided for effective lubrication. Standard felt seals or V-ring seals ensure adequate protection against dust and ingress of foreign particles.
